Injection Moulding Experience

I have extensive experience across multiple injection moulding sectors, including automotive, trade and medical manufacturing. My background combines hands-on production support with continuous improvement, with a strong focus on process. control, tooling performance, equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Core Technical Skills

· Machine setting and moulding process optimisation to improve quality, consistency and output.

· Tooling repairs, modifications and maintenance to support reliable production performance.

· Automation setup, including the design and manufacture of EOAT equipment.

· Machine fault diagnosis and repair to reduce downtime and maintain production flow.

· OEE studies and process-parameter management across a range of machines, tools and materials.

Medical Mouldshop Leadership

I was given the opportunity to run a medical mouldshop for three years. In this role, I led day-to-day technical activity, trained new technical staff, trialled new tooling and machinery, and continued to develop my own technical and leadership capability.

I also supported the relocation of the mouldshop and all associated equipment to a new site. As part of the move, I helped train the new team so they could operate the facility safely, effectively and with confidence.
